6 more days to bintan<3

Trained really fast yesterday.

Went to the gym before heading to the west.

Didn’t do much weighs but surprisingly today my muscles were aching!

Baby & I having cash tight flow this month so we wont be able to cheat meal as much which is a good thing.

Planning to eat more healthily.=D

It’s granola with chocolate milk in the morning.

Baby’s healthy fried brown rice for lunch.

Dinner perhaps protein powder & Baby say he’s preparing salmon for me!!<3

I’m not easily hungry now in terms of meals wise.

I only ate 2 meals yesterday because I woke up late.

Planned what to bring for the trip last night.

Basically everything is bought except insect repellent & some ‘army’ powder that Baby need to buy from emart.=D

Super excited!!!!!!!

Woots!!!!

Fel is going to genting this WED!!!Which is like tomorrow’s tomorrow!!!!

I think I’m going to plan small overseas trip now & then.

Maybe 6 months once or something.=)

Excited to the max!!!

Wed is anniversary!

Can’t wait to give Baby his gifts!!!!

Have planned for it since one month ago!=D

Things that we plan to do in Bintan:

1)Swimming

2)Snorkelling

3)Archery

4)Kayaking

5)Go to the mini zoo at Nirwana.

Hopefully we will be able to do more stuff!!

It’s work & gym later.

Hopefully today’s gym session will be successful!

I feel happy when my muscles aching.LOL.

give me a sense of achievement somehow.
